Your details when ordering
When you enter you credit/debit card details you are entering
them into a secure page operated by our payment gateway,
we do not get to see or store any of your card details. Your
address is also entered on a secure page.
Automatically logged information
We do not direcly use cookies on this site, however we may gather
broad demographic information. The company that we use to log this
information may use cookie technology. The information we gather includes
such data as IP address, browser type and what site referred you to
us. None of the data collected can personally identify you and none
of the information will be used outside Its Just Perfect Ltd.
Email Addresses
If you give us your email address, it will not be used outside
Its Just Perfect Ltd or made public by us without your permission.
While we take all precautions to ensure the confidentiality of your
email address, we accept no responsibility for any unauthorised access
to or dissemination of this information.

How do I order?
Here are some steps that you can follow: Add items to your basket making sure you select the correct options and specify the right quantities. When you have added all the items you wish to purchase select a delivery method and proceed to the checkout. Enter the delivery destination, make sure that everything is in order and select a secure payment method to make payment. Select your chosen payment method, fill in your details, and make payment, Its Just Perfect never see any of your card details. You will receive an email confirmation from Its Just Perfect including details on the items you have bought and how much you paid. If selected you will receive a receipt from the payment gateway confirming your purchase. Thats it, your items will now be delivered to you.
How do I add products to my Basket?
When viewing product detail pages you will notice a button saying 'add to Basket'. When you click this button, the product with the options you chose will be added to your basket. You will also be taken to the basket page so you can see what you have added so far. A brief summary of what is in your basket is permanently displayed in a field in the top right hand corner of every page. Next to this there is a link called '|View Basket|' which you can click at any point to go to the basket page and view its full contents.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Credit/Debit cards through either Nochex or Paypal as an 'Online' payment method. You do not need to have a Nochex account to use this method. We also accept cheques, but this is an 'offline' payment method which is detailed below. Nochex and Paypal are our online payment providers, a payment provider is a company that allows us to make use of their facilities to accept online payments.
What is Nochex?
Nochex is a leading independent UK based online payment provider. It has been developed specifically for online web based transactions,
including those that have a UK Debit Card as well as Credit Cards. Nochex enables us to accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron and Maestro Cards.
For UK Debit Card & Credit Card payments, there is no need to have an account with Nochex.
This makes it a very simple and secure service for online payments with a Debit Card & Credit Card.
All your financial information stays with Nochex, your credit / debit card and bank account numbers are never shared with Its Just Perfect.
Because of this your statement will read 'Nochex Ltd' and NOT 'Its Just Perfect Ltd'.
All payments you make are completely free of extra charges (apart of course from any you may incur from your card issuer).
Nochex do not accept Charge cards (e.g. American Express) and cards that do not have a 3 digit security number on the signature strip.
Nochex is our recommended payment gateway as it is UK based and does not make you sign up for small transactions.

What is Paypal?
Paypal is the famous american based online payment provider. Like Nochex above it enables us to accept payment online. Paypal accepts the same cards as Nochex with the addition of American Express. More than likely if you do not have a paypal account you will be asked to create one, we do not have any control over this. Once you have signed up, your credit card will ever more be associated with that Paypal account. For this reason we recommend Nochex, however we give you the option of Paypal so you have the choice.
I have never purchased anything online, what is involved?
Purchasing things online is very easy. As detailed in the question above you browse around our store and add items to your basket you wish to purchase. When you have finished adding items you proceed to the checkout (you are now in secure mode) and fill in your address details. After making sure that everything is correct, you can proceed to payment gateway of your choice'. Nochex or PayPal will ask you to provide your card details. The checkout and payment gateway parts of our website are secure. You can identify the fact that you are using a secure connection by the presence of a small golden padlock icon either at the bottom right of your browser or next to the address bar at the top of the page. Another indicator as that the address in your browser's address bar starts with 'https' rather than just 'http'.
I would prefer not to pay by credit card, can I pay by cheque?
We do offer the 'offline' payment method of paying by cheque, to do this please follow the instructions below, please remember we cannot process your order until your cheque has cleared.
To pay by cheque you will first need to add the items you wish to purchase into the basket, next use the basket to calculate the delivery. Use the information from the basket to fill in one of our paper order forms, don't forget to include your email, telephone and address. Send it to us with the cheque for the full amount. Please remember that cheques can actually be less secure than using the internet, they also take longer to process.

How can I know that you have received my payment?
Electronic form of payment is always traceable. If you pay using Nochex or PayPal you should receive an email receipt with all the details very soon after you make payment. If you paid using either a Nochex account or a PayPal account then you can check your transactions by logging into that account.
How do you handle security issues related to payment details?
Its Just Perfect Ltd do not have access to the most sensitive information such as credit card numbers, bank account information or your Nochex/PayPal login details. Some information that is required for order processing (such as your name and address) are stored securely in our romancart database.
I think I have paid twice by accident, what can I do?
If you have received 2 confirmation emails or receipts from the payment provider then this is quite possible. Please contact us and we will be able to confirm whether this is the case or not. If we notice something strange we may also contact you, but it would be best for you to do it first. We will always refund accidental duplicate payments.
Can I track my order?
We will soon be adding a order tracing page to our website. In the meantime, if you would like to know the status of your order please do not hesitate in contacting us with your email address, name and order number.

If you wish to pay by debit/credit card you can place your order online through our 128-bit SSL secure server. The easiest and most secure way to order! If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, return it to us within 7 days from the despatch date of your order, in it's original packaging for an exchange or full refund (terms & conditions apply).
