Pricing

Please note all prices are inclusive of VAT – standard rate of 17.5% now and 20% for all orders from January 2011. The price of the products shall be the price quoted on the Site (which we reserve the right to change in the case of an error). Payment details must be provided by you on the date of ordering goods. The delivery of goods shall be subject to payment by you of the delivery charges specified to you at time of order, which can be changed by us at our discretion. Our delivery costs include postage charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of sending the package.

Risk and Property

Once the Goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the Goods shall pass to you. Irrespective of delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods, or any other provision of these conditions, the ownership of the Goods shall not pass to you until we have received cleared funds payment in full for the price of the Goods and all other Goods agreed to be sold by us to you for which payment is then due. Until such time as the ownership of the Goods passes to you.

Returns

If you cancel before the dispatch of any goods your money will be refunded and the goods will not be delivered. You have by law 7 days once you have received the goods to notify us you wish to return them, Its Just Perfect Ltd at their discretion give you an extra 7 days on top of this making a total of 14 days. You return the goods at your expense in perfect resellable condition and with the original invoice/receipt, to Its Just Perfect Ltd, 40 Hamilton Road, Romford, RM2 5SD. We will refund you once we have received the goods from you. You will be responsible for the return of the goods. The refund will include initial delivery costs and be in the form of the original method of payment. Accuracy

Its Just Perfect Ltd has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure all products have been fairly described and that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as presented on this website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the product colours that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Modifications

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether these terms and conditions have been changed. Its Just Perfect Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
